Speak directly to an qualified Apple engineer to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Telephone support can be purchased in 30 minute blocks, with discounts available for multiple purchases. (This service is free to Service Contract customers)
Mac OS X Training
If you are new to the Apple Mac or just need a few hints and tips to help you work more efficiently we can provide 1 to 1 tuition. This service is available at your home or office and on site at our Maidstone branch.
Network Troubleshooting & Design
Whether you have 2 computers, 500 computers, Apple Mac or Windows PC we can install and setup a networking solution. Maybe you have an existing network that is not performing as expected or are looking to upgrade your current hardware and infrastructure. We can also check and diagnose broadband issues including Cable, ADSL and Satellite.
Remote Support*
With remote support we can share your computer screen, enabling us to easily talk you through a problem or solution. If required go hands free and let us take control of the mouse and keyboard. All this without ever having to leave your home/office and best of all you avoid the call out charge.

Computer Setup & Configuration
We offer a computer setup service on site at your home or office. Alternatively you can drop your computer equipment off at our offices, we can then carry out the setup while you wait or do a spot of shopping in the town centre!
System Design
Tell us your software and hardware requirements, we can then provide you with an itemised quote including delivery and installation if required.
*Not all problems can be resolved over the telephone or remotely, such as failing hardware. In this case you will need to bring your computer in to us or your nearest Apple Authorised Service provider. Alternatively we can provide an on site service*
